“Experience Tourism – Experiential Travel”
#RouteLab continues its route and stops at Katakolo!
Another two-day Knowledge Transfer meeting with the seal of #RouteLab will take place at the Theme Park Xystri Ilia on November 2 and 3, 2022, in Katakolo, co-organized by the Region of Western Greece, the Municipality of Pyrgos, the SEV PE & DE and the Regional Television IONIAN TV station.
The route of the #RouteLab leads the knowledge vehicle to Katakolo and focuses on “Experience Tourism” trying to map the roads of tourism development, but also the modern desires of the traveler, looking for the competitive advantages of the area and the role of tourism in the field of Sustainable Development.
The travel “experience” presupposes socializing with local people, getting to know the local culture, the search for tastes, aromas and sensations. Alternative proposals, cruise tourism, specialized services and authentic travel experiences, innovations in the tourist product through talks, best practices, forums, but also tasting and wine tasting workshops.
Knowledge of the travel experience has a name: #RouteLab!
